Return and Refund Policy
GracePowers accepts eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition
- Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or damage
- Returned with all original tags and packaging attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Starting a Return
To request a return, contact GracePowers within 14 days of delivery through the contact information listed on gracepshop.com.
Please provide your:
- Name
- Order number
- Item being returned
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. GracePowers is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer guaranteed direct exchanges because sizes and styles may sell out.
To receive a different size or item, return the eligible item and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
Contact GracePowers within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Nonreturnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Bodysuits, undergarments, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged
- Items returned without their original tags
- Items requested for return after the 14-day return period
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
