We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

    • All original tags must be attached
    • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Items that have been worn or used
    • Items without original tags
    • Any item returned after the 7-day return window

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

    1. Contact us at info@gracepshop.com within 7 days of delivery
    2. Provide your order number and reason for return
    3. Wait for return instructions before shipping your item

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. REFUNDS

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
    • Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or any other reason. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before placing your order.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gracepshop.com with:

We will review the issue and provide a resolution where applicable.

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:
